“One of the best fresh seafood piers I've had in California! It can get pretty pricey but it is definitely worth it if you love oysters, uni and even poke! The clam chowder was okay... I thought it should have been a little thicker with more clams in it! Service was kinda slow to be honest but that's because they're shucking a million oysters so I understand. The numbers could be a little chaotic at some point but just make sure not to lose your number!“

His new Hermosa Beach location is a popular place so if you’re coming during peak hours be patient and order a great craft beer or delicious natural wine.“

“Trivia night! Service was great. It's So Cal so beer is stupid expensive, but happy hour was good. You can tell they try pretty hard with the menu, but sometimes chips from a bag are better, and not everything needs some weird combo of spices ( like the fries). Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.“

“Pictured is the Josui Ramen..This was their signature bowl with a broth made from pork, chicken, and fish. Overall, this was a well executed bowl, especially at this price point (~$13 as of May 2024). If you're charging $20 meal, it's definitely nice to receive napkins and utensils without having to go back in and ask for them. Service can improve with that (at least for me). HiHo burger was nothing to rave about, even opting to pay for the "spicy sauce," which seemed to be a salsa verde mix, that could be a free add on lol. Now, the basic Cheese burger!! Now this, this is your bread butter of your menu. Basic, classic, simple but delicious cheeseburger!! Highlight this item as your go to order if someone ask. Fries are a most order! “Such a Phenomenal Spot!! The atmosphere is amazing; the whole concept with the beer/wine is brilliant and well-executed. The food is delicious and has a wide variety of choices on the menu (perfect for everyone). Very reasonable pricing (very inexpensive especially for the quality). Literally everything you could want or think of is here -- there's even board/card games. Events are hosted! Wish it was closer to me because we would come every weekend! 10/10 RECOMMEND!“

“I was looking for ramen for my sick husband and remembered this place. The pictures & everything looked. Order our ramen soup to go, got him the Miso ramen, and I ordered the Zambon ramen w/ a side of white rice.I normally always get miso ramen at other places but thought I'd try something new and let me tell you! The Zambon ramen was so good!! It had beefy flavors that it was just delicious! And the pork inside the ramen, omg!! Just as delicious!! Totally recommend and we will definitely be going back once he's feeling better. Our kids love ramen so can't wait to take them too.“

“So we were in town for a concert, and this place hit the spot. We had no clue it was happy hour, so we even got more for our buck! Our server Raul was professional and didn't rush our food plates and always made sure we were doing ok! The food was worth the price, drinks were spot on, and while it was early, it was nice to relax and watch the games. Lots of tv's nice spacing beyond the bar, and has an easy menu to choose from. Definitely a great spot from our hotel to the you tube theatre. The parking was free as we told the parking guy, "were here to eat only", which he told us "top floor is free for dinning".“

“A great hidden gem in Torrance! We had kimchi fried rice, fried chicken in spicy and non. And vegetable/shrimp tempura with a pitcher of blue moon. Everything was fresh and hot and delicious! The service was exceptional! There is a smoking patio and they are open late! A perfect dinner with friends!“

“So I was looking for a place that had karaoke near my friend's home since she doesn't have a car. I had never been here before, but am always open to trying new places. At first I wasn't sure what to expect, as many dive bars have a "members only" feel, but I was so impressed by how lovely, friendly, and happy everyone was! I have never in my entire life been treated so warmly by both bartenders and patrons as I was at the Eagle's Nest last night. Not only that--I frequent karaoke bars often, and the host and singers here were so kind and encouraging! Many other places take the karaoke too seriously and don't clap much for other people. Not here, though! Everyone claps, dances, and sings along, and everyone treats each other so nicely! It's just such good vibes all around and the KJ, Sammy, is awesome, too! Really great and charismatic host. They have karaoke every Wed-Saturday. Oh, and they have White Claw, which is such a bonus for me! I had such a blast here, and I will definitely be returning--probably regularly!! Thank you for providing such a fun and welcoming place to party, Eagle's Nest! My friends and I had so much fun!!!“

“If you are looking for a pint, wish some great views of the mostly sunny Orange County then look no further! I love that it's a quick location to grab a drink with a decent amount of seating. From my experience the service is usually pretty quick as they understand you are in the airport and may need to jet off to your destination. Addition to being speedy, they are usually pretty friendly. If you like beer, then stop on by while in John Wayne airport.“
