“We come here for happy hour, cheap $5 drinks and you can get 2 tacos for only $5, sliders and fries only/$6, a full steak dinner with sides for only $15!! You can't beat the prices and the food is good. It has an old west cowboy theme which is fun. It's pretty quiet except when there's football games going on, then it can get rowdy at the bar .“

“I haven’t been to a sizzlers in ages yet I always forget how great the salad bar is, on my recent visit I was greeted by this lovely lady named Kimberly she’s super sweet.I had the chance of trying out their New York Steak & Fries. WOW let me tell you I haven’t had such a perfectly cooked New York in a while it was so juicy and tender + the fries complimented it to perfection.On top of that my waiter Eddie made our families dinner amazing, charming guy super funny. “We love coming to this little hole in the wall place! The food always tastes fresh, everything is pretty much deep fried so its not somewhere i come to often maybe once or twice a year if that but i am never disappointed. Always great! Their place can use a little clean up, or some updating but the food is good. The customer service is short and to the point. Some people would consider it a little on the rude side.“

“We stopped at Bamboo Garden for the first time on our way back from a weekend trip to Yosemite. We ordered Vegetable fried rice, Buddha vegetables and Broccoli in Garlic sauce. Food was delicious and the waitress was very courteous. Lots of great options for vegetarians and portion sizes are very generous. We will definitely stop by whenever we are in the area.“

“Had a great takeout dinner for 4 last night. A huge serving of snow crab legs with garlic butter, lobster roll, clam chowder, fried oysters, fried shrimp with french fries. The crab was delectable, the clam chowder terrific. The lobster roll was as good as I had in Bar Harbor, with chunks of claw meat to prove it was not fake.the fried oyster s were extra large, lightly battered. The fried shrimp was crisp and tasty. Overall a wonderful meal! The only thing is we could have done fine with a third of the French fries. Prices are reasonable. The crab legs and the lobster roll were around $20 each, the others $10 to $15.We are sold and will be back often.“

“Update: March 2024We came again Thursday for their new Prix fixe menu. You've got to try it! We had a tasty arugula salad with the perfectly tangy vinaigrette. The second course was short ribs with mashed potatoes and veggies. A little pepper would have helped, but still the meat was very tender, potatoes creamy and veggies with just the right crunch. Dessert was creme brulee, yum, one of my favorites.We had a large group and sat outside in the patio. The food was good. We tried several appetizers and they were excellent. My chicken dinner was only OK, but my husband loved his steam. Dewz, though, had an even better streak in his opinion. When the sun went down, there was outdoor heading and fire puts to keep us warm. Two nights later Surla's catered a dinner at the Vet Center and that was fantastic. We'll be back.“

“The food was delicious and there is a wonderful variety of seafood dishes. The server was attentive but trying to hear her was difficult. My biggest complaint was the noise. I didn't mind the karaoke, there were some pretty good singers, but do they have to have the volume maxed out on the system? I mean there were only about a dozen people in the whole restaurant! It really affected being able to enjoy the meal. I probably won't be back unless I know they don't have the music going.“

“We went on Saturday the 23rd. I can't remember the waitresses name but she was excellent! The food was to die for we were a party of 10 everyone loved their meals. The ambiance was okay but nice and quiet. I can't wait to go back. One of the better restaurants in Modesto!“

“You can't go wrong with Mariscos Sinaloa and with the option to place your order online it beats having to hang around waiting for your order (not the greatest part of Modesto to be killing time) but you might get lunch/dinner and a show?“
