No communication when ordering cakes. The cake purchased for my daughter was picked up frozen. Nothing at all like what the picture showed. Could barely cut it at the party. Wasted a lot of money on a expensive cake. If you ever order from here…. Have a back up plan… I give this place 0 stars. I hope they can learn by there mistakes. I think I got an apology not sure. They said something about heat if the day… honestly it was not even close to say hey we dropped the ball and screwed your party up with a frozen cake. To make it worse… I bragged about how great they were…. And than a frozen cake…
