“On our way home to Folsom from Alameda, my husband & I were famished. We used the mobile app to find the closest Jack In The Box near where we were on the 80. We ordered our food on the app, paid & it said it would be ready in 7 mins.WELL...Waze took us for a damn goose hunt all the way to the El Sobrante location! Once we realized it was the wrong location, we drove as quickly as we could to the correct location where our food was waiting. I assumed it was going to be cold-lukewarm at best...but nope! I assumed wrong! Our food was piping hot like it had just been made! When we pulled up, the Super friendly employee "Helen" greeted us & said " I was wondering Where you guys were!" My husband asked if we could pay for a milkshake but unfortunately their machine was down. So what does Helen do?! She offers us a free drink to make it right! So so sweet! 5/5 stars= hot food, tasty food, fast service & extraordinary customer service! Thanks Helen!“
