You can't get a better bagel in Tuolumne County. The staff are great and you can tell everyone respects the owner Sarge, whoe treats his customers and employees very well. Great bagel sandwich options and the freshest bagels and cream cheese.

Nice spot in downtown Sonora for a bagel. Many different varieties to choose from. The bagels are a little doughy for my liking but we're still tasty. Veggie sandwich was tasty.

I just came in to buy 1/2 dozen bagels to bring home and was told what everyone is complaining about on the reviews is why I can't even get one bagel to go when there was at least 2 dz available. Won't try again as I have come in to your shop and was told same thing. Get it together. Good bagels but not worth the bother.

After buying a coffee I was refused table water (needed water for my 1 yr old) which I thought was tight of them. Disappointing!

I came in today at 10:45 for a half dozen bagels to bring up on a camping trip. They told me rudely that they would not sell me 6 bagels because the 15 that they had left was all the had for the rest of the day. They could only sell me 2, maybe 3. Aren't you in the business of selling bagels, and you're going to turn down customers who want to buy from you?? I drove all the way from east Sonora to not be able to get everything I needed and had to go to a grocery store to get the rest. Extremely poor customer service and I will not be coming here again.
SO CUTE. Fantastic second location. I love this place so much. Try their bagel sandwiches, especially as a perfect breakfast on the go. They are open nice and early, too, with delicious fresh bagels ready to go. Get there early to get the full selection, they can sell out of some flavors quick. Super nice owners, too! The Bagel Bin is a must try in Sonora.

I called earlier today, to order 2 orders of bakers dozen of bagels, I told them the day and the flavors I want and by the time I was done talking she like we don't have this and that flavor. I was thinking to myself how does she know if they won't have the flavors on the 15th of the month?!?!? And she was also rude so I just hung up on them. Then my mom called and same thing happened to her and she talked to a "manger" and she said it sounded like they set the phone on the counter so they don't have to deal with her. Idk when they said this to my mother but they said good luck trying to find a good place to get bagels from. I really wanted their bagels for my wedding coming up on the 16th but with attitude from them I decided just to go to Panera and get some, and bring them up with us. From a former cook herself. I say do better.

Called this place because I heard they were good, my daughter really liked it. She has been there before. I called because I needed some bagels for my daughters wedding. The people that answered were extremely rude. I can't believe this place is still in business with how rude they both were telling me that they doubt that I would find a better place. Then I asked to talk to the manager, which I doubt was the manager, and all he did was set me down and didn't say nothing. He never even answered, I was probably just laid on the counter so they didn't have to listen to me. Very very very rude employees and apparently owner too. I didn't even really want to give them the one stars, but they made me there was no way to give no stars.
