“I’ve only been here 2 times, but my sister has been here plenty of times and each experience was great. We love the chicken pesto sando and vanilla chai. Great study vibes and lots of space to sit and relax. The workers are also super nice and chill. It’s become one of my go-to study places lately.“

“Sam's Donuts is our local donut spot! That is until we discover another great one worth giving the moniker of being our new local spot! The owners are super nice and service is always quick here for us. Two qualities that always make a business good in my books.Giving them 4 stars because the donuts are good, but sometimes they can be a little stale. It's only happened once to us but we always think twice when we want to get donuts because we don't want to be disappointed.We usually get a variety of classics here. Glaze, Sugar & Chocolate. Their chocolate is my favorite and second would be their apple fritters.Parking here is easy enough, we never have any issues and regardless of their mixed reviews on here, they always seem to have customers in the store when we come in so that's reassuring!“

“A friend brought me here. We got bagel sandwiches with cheese and bacon. The eggs were so fluffy & good. It reminded me of how my grandma used to make them. Thai tea is very good. Better than a lot of tea shops around here. Very kind & welcoming owners that feel like family.“

“My service was great of course and I was very happy with my drink. But as I was standing around I overheard a customer have an issue with their order and I couldn’t believe how nice the girl that the girl (Bri- shift lead) that came out and took the complaint was. She went above and beyond to rectify the order and remade the drinks without a question. She even offered her the option of trying it to be sure. Mind you it was extremely hot and she was outside dealing with this customer. Hats off to the service.“

“I had a great experience with my friends here. The cookies and cream mochi donut was really good, and the chai creme brulee boba tea was also great. Everything tasted so good. I'm a huge fan of soft, gooey, and chewy textures. The sweet treats are worth it.My friends and I took photos in the rose telephone booth, and we hung out in the study lounge.I think this will be a new hang out spot for us! ?“

“I came in the first time to use their restroom but it was understandable that it would be for dine in customers only or for those who will order food. Only because when I went into the courthouse they didn't allow non jurors to go inside the lobby before 8. So I tried for a second time to go in the courthouse this time 30mins after 8am. Waiting for my fiancé coming out from jury duty, we both came back to Fusion Boba and this time I was hungry so I asked if we can check out this spot during his break. Then we ordered, a small popcorn chicken and small fries. The atmosphere of the place gave such great customer service and I will most definitely come back to try more of their other food. Despite the abundance of boba shops in the area, T% stands out as the ultimate favorite. The interior boasts a trendy industrial vibe, with various seating arrangements catering to groups of all sizes. My personal favorite is the Matchacha, customized to 50-80% sweetness with reduced ice and topped with mochi. While it already comes with a sweet cream, adding mochi takes it to the next level. The mochi is incredibly soft and chewy, never lacking in flavor or freshness. Given the sweetness of their matcha drinks, I prefer to dial down the sweetness level. The availability of milk alternatives is also a huge plus! During peak hours, there may be a slightly longer wait time, but the staff always strives to expedite orders promptly. They are also attentive to any concerns you may have regarding your drinks. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend giving T% a try!“
