Apola is the best Greek in SCV, which is crazy because it's fast (think Chipotle style). But it's true. It's so delicious and flavorful. Good options and some authentic pieces like dogmas. The service is very friendly and fast. The owner (I think) even made me a batch of fries and grilled veggies fresh. The price is more than fair for the quality. Today was our first time here. My wife and I both found the menu and the ordering process a little confusing. She ordered the felafel pita sandwich. She wasn't enamored with the taste of the felafel balls. I ordered the pork gyro sandwich. The pork was excellent with great flavor. Both were good. The prices seem reasonable and the staff was friendly. It was very clean inside and I liked the layout.

Terrific, fresh-ingredient Greek food. Quick service and bright, clean eating area. Owner pride is evident at this restaurant. I ordered the plate with souvlaki chicken breast (skewered), grilled veggies and tiziki and the roasted eggplant spread. It was delish and for me, enough to have a second meal at home the next day.
