“We had a coupon for one footlong free with purchase of another footong plus a drink. It's a good deal. Some outlets let you have footlongs on the coupon that others don't. Not consistent. I like this company because they have a good selections of veg topings and sauces to put on your footlong. This particular location has little seating.“
“I'm writing this review preemptively because I saw a real a-hole customer berate one of the employees tonight and he said he was going to "never come here again" and "write a very bad yelp review" even though she did nothing wrong. (Also, when you're treating an employee like garbage, saying "I'm never going to come here again" isn't scary. We don't want your business if you're a j***** The employee was a young south Asian woman with long hair, I think her name was Kaur. She really tried her best with this guy but he was the worst. I don't want her to get in trouble because this dude might write an awful yelp review. All quotes are my best approximation from memory, and some have been cut down for length.I walked into this place around 6:30 on 13/3/23 and I saw this man speaking really harshly to the employee. They're talking about a coupon for a free sandwich. She said that their store doesn't honor coupons, which he's super mad about. She was explaining it politely multiple times even though he was being very pushy. I get being upset that they don't take coupons, but the normal human response to that is to either just leave or pay full price for whatever you wanted. Not to yell at this woman who has no control over store policy. She wasn't a manager or an owner, just an hourly employee. I don't know why this j*** thought she should risk her job by giving away $10+ of product for free against store policy just to make him happy?So he's like "FINE I'll get what I wanted" and starts telling her his order and is being rude about it the whole time, and is telling her how to do her job in a condescending way. She asks if he wants the sandwich toasted, he said "no I don't want it toasted." I think what happened is the employee was flustered (I would have been too) and she misheard him and just heard "want it toasted." She went to put it in the toaster and that's when he YELLED at her "I SAID NO!"She said "sir please don't speak to me like that" at the same time I said something like "hey don't yell at her!" He got mad at me for that. He turned and said "this doesn't concern you, stop talking to me, this is none of your business ". I said "it's everyone's business that we treat each other politely and you're yelling at her for no reason".She finished making his order and he paid and as he was walking out I said to her "wow, some people are just so rude for no reason" and he said "I'd stop there if I were you!" So the last thing he did was vaguely threaten me?When he left she and I laughed at how ridiculous the whole thing was. He got SO mad over a coupon! Customer service jobs suck but this employee was as polite as she could be and did her best with this guy. If it was me I would have refused to serve him. She was really nice and my sandwich was perfect. Sometimes the customer is wrong and that just can't be helped.“
“everything was great except they did not take my coupon saying that this particular restaurant did not participate in any coupon program so I am giving a solid four star rating...Vegetarian options: there are plenty of vegetarian options available...Dietary restrictions: great place to eat if you are on a diet...Parking: there is plenty of parking from three different parking lots...Kid-friendliness: partially kid friendly...Wheelchair accessibility: there is three different wheelchair access points so that is a plus...“
“My sandwich was SO mouth watering and delicious that I felt the need to review this subway. I come here often, and honestly this was the best sandwich by far. I’ve never been disappointed, their ingredients are ALWAYS fresh, the customer service is amazing, and even if they have a line I swear. They work so fast and so well with one another. I’ve been to many other subways and the lettuce is all mushy and gross and they throw your sandwich together and half of the time they aren’t friendly. Coupons are a life saver and I’m grateful for this place especially when I’m always on the go. Thank you guys! My lunch was soooo good!“
