“When I paid for my chicken sandwich, I was initially shocked by the price because I'm used to paying $11 max for a sandwich, But when I took the first bite, the internal shock melted away. The fantastic qualities of the food here were worth every penny. This place is a perfect projection of the saying "you get what you paid for". The owner knows what his food is worth. If you come here, you're going to pay a little extra, and in exchange, you're going to experience qualities in food that you never felt before, and you're going to feel like a king while eating it. I'm going again to try the other stuff on their menu.“

“I really enjoyed having the breakfast tacos. They will customize it any way you would like it! I had mine with eggs, cheese and beans. “This taco truck totally hit the spot after drinking all day in Napa. It helped me sober up from all the wine and beers. We came here Saturday around 6:30pm. Not busy at all. We were the only ones there so there were empty picnic tables. But they ran out of lengua and cabeza. We ordered the super burrito with bucha and carnitas. Tender meats and flavorful burritos. Service was fast. Love the grilled baby onions. Wished they gave more.“

“I've lived in Napa since I was 8 years old and I'm 26, I've eaten at almost every truck in Napa at least once and this is still the #1 spot that I frequent. Pastor is absolutely delicious but you can get anything on the menu and it's going to be great. I usually get a Super Burrito or Vampiros with Pastor, everything on them and hot with a pepper on the side. It's great every single time and everyone I introduce it to thinks the same. If you like good consistent and not to mention fairly priced compared to 95% of Napa then go here.P.S. The Owner along with his Wife are extremely nice and do a lot for the community, if you're interested look into their Instagram posts. @tacosdoncarlos“

“This food truck is very popular! We got there just in time for the lunch rush. I had and enjoyed the Summer Burrito with beef. The Ranch dressing threw me off, but it was surprisingly pretty good! The service is really fast, too. A lot of people called ahead, very smart. We can't wait to go back.“

“Omg ? I just discovered this taco truck recently - I work in Yountville and everything is so expensive there!! The other place that I regularly go is the deli but I was getting tired of my turkey sandwich every day. I’ve had the taco salad (it’s not on the menu board but just ask for it) the nacho’s and 3 Street tacos ? it is all SUPER DELICIOUS!! Cash only so you have to come prepared!!“
