“I have been staying at this hotel for over a year now a total of 15 times and after several incidents i can write this review with full confidence. Please BE AWARE THE HOUSEKEEPERS AT THIS HOTEL (AMERISTAR CASINO BLACKHAWK CO) STEAL. I have no idea where they are hiring these people from but Do not LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND YOU WILL NEVER SEE it AGAIN. Never get your room serviced without cleaning it up first and putting away allll of your belongings socks, clothes and accessories included put every single thing away! . The maids will steal your stuff and they are never held accountable when it's brought to the managers attention... I have been blatantly stolen from 4 times now. aside from that The suites are awesome! i would rate The spa a 6/10 and the food is good too...“
