“My husband and I were feeling pho one night and a google search led us in. Best decision we ever made. It is now my favorite restaurant hands down. We recently moved from the springs to Pueblo and every time we are in town we stop for dinner. I get the pho chin and wings combo. Best pho and best wings I’ve ever had. My husband has tried most things on the menu but his favorite is the jambalaya. The quality of ingredients makes all the difference. We also recently tried the new Cajun seafood and it was to die for. Amazing food and amazing staff! Always friendly.“

“Summa has a unique and very tasty menu that never disappoints! Plus they have a great selection of local micro brews and other standards, like Guinness on tap. Summa also hosts the local Notre Dame Southern Colorado Alumni Club for all the games which are always a lot of fun.“

“went for brunch coupon in monthly mag eggs/chorizo were best i have , potatos also good - wanted more, croissant coffee very good also. wife green chile good, yes tables are small had to put phone glasses on window sill, nice art work on walls. open only to 1 on sunday and dinner 5-9 rest of week, starting bfast sept 25 during week , small patio on sidewalk if nice weather“

“I am truly gluten intolerant. The owner came out to work in what I could safely eat. The care and service was beyond expectation. The food is phenomenal. If you are in Colorado check this local establishment out. Side note we didn't have drinks but they have a great wine list and beautiful mimosas.“

“This place is always great, Erica is on it always friendly, attentive and welcoming. Great brews to choose from and warm pretzels.Nice atmosphere and some outdoor seating as well.I return here every time I am in the Black Forest visiting family. It is a must to visit.“

“We are traveling with our Dog. She had a great time. It was a brisk evening on patio. Outdoor seating only for dogs. Since it was our first time our waitress gave us an appetizer of garlic chips. They were very good. The Manager came and lit one of the patio heaters near us and it worked great. Kate was our waitress. She was very helpful. She gave us some ideas for our stay in Colo. Springs too. I had the chicken breast. The honey sauce on it was wonderful. My wife had the Bison meatloaf. She was impressed. Very good meal and an excellent place. Props to Kate for being such an attentive waitress.“
