My favorite part about Gladys is they aren't doing ANYTHING the other vegans spots are doing. Their food is great- packed with flavor, and an amazing balance of seasoning. This is such a hidden gem, I love it so much.
We got the See-Food pasta, the winter fricassee, and an order of brussels sprouts. Oh and a sea salt/chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious! Can't wait to go back. Updated from previous review on 2024-04-11

Every time I get food here at the public market it is outstanding. The best food at the public market by far and I’m not vegan. I always love the reuben but tonight I got the Buffalo artichokes and boy were they the best things ever. I hope they stay on the menu for a long time. Vegan or not everyone should try this place.
