“Tasty and somewhat enormous. If you're worried a salad place won't be filling, this is the place to go for salad. Left overs seem to be holding pretty well too.Vegetarian options: I try not to recommend salads to vegetarians and vegans but these people were chill about modifications and there's a build your own option.Dietary restrictions: There's a build your own salad option which should let you pick and choose as needed and they are open to modifying regular menu items. They don't have a huge selection of ingredients so if you have a lot of allergies it may not be the best, but 1 or 2 seem workable.“

“If you want a quintessential Colorado experience- this is the place!!! The atmosphere is like no other. A replica of an old fort (was originally a family home- the story is amazing) it has a cozy campfire where you can gather with friends. And there are really no words for the food. We got the historians platter for a little taste of everything. The PB stuffed jalapeños are like no other- simply to die for. Better than that (like, give up my first born good)- the elk medallions. That huckleberry sauce!!! Delightful!!! I bought a jar and ate it by the spoonful. Another in my party had the strip steak- delish!! While a bit pricey- it is WELL worth it!!!! A must stop for sure.“

“By far best place in Fort Collins and surrounding areas for an açaí bowl. The other Rush Bowl near harmony is average at best but this place is excellent. Great service, the people working there are great, friendly and accommodating to any substitutes in any of the bowls. Shout out to the young lad working there recently, never caught his name last two times I’ve been in but he’s super customer service skills.“

“I had the seared tuna bowl and it was absolutely fabulous! I'm not exactly sure what the actual bowl is called but they will figure it out when you tell him seared tuna but this place is absolutely delicious I'm going to try the curry salmon next! “
