I don't come here often. But what is the point of a timer in the drive thru, if you're just going to bear the timer by telling everyone to pull forward? It's ridiculous. They should watch the camera, and any time they are making someone pull forward without their food, they should add 5 to 10 minutes to their timer.

They always underfill the fries and if you ask them politely to fill it to the top they give you attitude and are rude. And these are their so-called managers.
I usually order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and coffee because that's what my Dad and I usually ordered. Unfortunately, he passed from covid in 2020. I still order it to remember those days...

Horrible customer service, Came around 3am to pick up a mobil order because they are open 24/7. The women that we spoke to told us right away when we pulled up “only cash” we told her we had a mobil order and she began to yell at me and tell me they were closed. She stopped talking to us so we called and she said we could get a refund and hung up on us. I’m very disappointed in the management over there, because refusing to speak to me and hanging up on me is very frustrating as a customer who just paid for their food. Still not sure if i’m going to get my money back or a refund. Why say open 24/7 hours but then refuse customers and be rude like that yelling at me threw the drive threw.

General incompetence from the workers. I shouldn't have to dig through my bag before walking out every time to make sure they didn't get my order wrong and steal my money for already overpriced food. If I pay for a medium fry, don't give me a small fry. Its not rocket science!

I don't get why this particular location is always messing orders up. Oh, wait..maybe because NO ONE SPEAKS OR UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH! Sunday, Feb 11..10 p.m. went through the drive thru. My order was 1 large hot tea with 6 equals. I get to the pickup window, and asked the girl, " how many equals ". Her response was " yes". I got someone that could speak English, and she had to explain to her to add equal..and pointed to where the dispenser was. She had trouble figuring out how to get the equal out of the dispenser. Seriously?? It's not like they were busy..NO EXCUSE!! THIS MCDONALD'S NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL.
