I think this was my last Panera experience. I left just hoping my family’s food was prepared in a sanitary way. It was not busy at all but the table we sat at was filthy so I needed to get someone to wipe it down. The soup was cold and the bread for my sandwich was stale. I go to the bathroom with my sons, ages 3 and 1, and we are tip toeing around toilet water all over the floor. There were plungers and other equipment out so they knew about the mess but left filthy water all over the the floor. I understand a broken toilet happens but mop up the toilet water. Then the toilet my 3 year old had to use was disgusting so I had to clean it with wet wipes before he could sit down. To top it off this we couldn’t wash our hands because we’d be standing in an inch of this water. This is a restaurant! I’ve been in highway rest stops that put this place to shame. Not to mention that the baby changing table was installed at knee level. So thanks for that too. Done with Panera.
