“I have never ordered from this location before, so after placing my order online, I GPS how to get there. I was clueless as to where the location was because it brought me to Saint Francis Hospital. After asking around I was informed that I had to go inside the hospital because Panera was in there. Finally after parking and walking all the way down the road I found it! ( not knowing I could had parked closer ? ) Once I got there, I picked up my online order and I wanted some bakery goodies while I was there. This amazing woman named Christine was helping me out and giving me suggestions as to what tastes amazing as everything there looks great. Now if you want to talk about next level service, after getting so excited for these goodies I was bringing home, I realized I did not have my card or phone to pay with. I didn’t want to walk another 10 minutes down the road and then 10 minutes back there to get these goodies so I just told her forget it I won’t bother getting them . Christine graciously offered to take care of it for me and I was so aesthetic. No one‘s ever done something like that for me. I myself am a manager at a restaurant and I’m always giving things away free items to guests who are celebrating special occasions. I guess today was my day to get something in return for free Christine I just want you to know I am so grateful for your service and the way that you were with me today!!!! Thank you!!!!
