Was asked to drive through the drive-thru and wait in parking lot for my 4 breakfast sandwiches. Waited 15 minutes. Went inside and inquired, to be told they were running behind. Waited another 10 minutes, was told they erased my order and they put it back in. At this point people who came way after me were being served. Asked for a refund, was told no manager there and no one could do it. Asked for a gift card, was told they cant do it. At this point I'm there 40 minutes, I had customers offering me to take their orders. I ended up getting 4 sandwiches that were the wrong order. Awful customer service. How can there be no manager, asst manager or anyone in charge. Why would they leave a bunch of young employees alone? Awful, ill never ever go back.
