I went and ordered a large coolata this afternoon and have been to THIS location 6 times in the past week. Four of the six drinks I’ve ordered were completely made wrong and most were made by by Susan T. All the times I’ve been there in the afternoon, there was a long line with only one employee and it’s the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen. Today I noticed a sign for a $2.00 coolata any size for a happy hour special and it rang up as 4.99 before tax. I noticed the sign right after I paid. Susan gave me a dirty look. I told her it’s not the customers fault the sign was wrong and they should honor it and she agreed then refused to honor it. All of the other times, my iced coffees were made wrong and I wasted more than $12.00 and am sick of it. It would be nice to get what you’ve paid for especially when you’re really looking forward to something.
