“We decided to try Flounders last night based on a picture I had seen on Facebook of their stacked key lime pie. And it did not disappoint. We were seated in Alex’s station (she was wearing a pin stating that she was new, but you would have never known if by weren’t for her pin). I asked her for recommendations because I have never really eaten seafood and she gladly obliged. She recommended our appetizer, our drinks, my dinner and our dessert. We had the calamari appetizer, it was delicious. My husband got the ribeye steak, cooked to perfection. I was recommended the stuffed flounder dish, that had to be the best thing I’ve ever eaten. We got the key lime pie. And we had the bushwhacker, banana drink and blue marlin drink. My husband left his cellphone in the booth and they were quick to help us locate it. Phenomenal staff. Great food. And the best waitress we’ve had in a long time.“

The food was the best we’ve had in Pensacola so far. The atmosphere is pleasant as well. I would highly recommend going if you’re in the area. They sometimes have a long wait and I can see why.“

“This place was rocking! We came to see Brandon Giles and the place was electric. It was comfortable, plenty of places to sit if you wanted and they had the sound dialed in perfectly. No food but lots of drinks flowing. And a dance floor too, if that's your thing.“

I had the delicious Garden Omelet filled with spinach, red peppers, asparagus, mushrooms, amd goat's cheese! Ann and Maryanne had the yummy chicken salad! “Looks like a shack but awesome bbq. The meat is smoked with sauce on the side. Their house sauce has a little kick. Burnt ends are the star but all is so very good. It is seasonal so might be gone soon but the pumpkin cream pie was amazing.“

Catch of the day presented by the chef himself, who beat Bobby Flay. Three course pasta with wine pairings was To. Die. For. If you don't get it, you are missing a true flavor experience you won't come across again. Supplemental staff also very attentive and helpful. Get the ganache tart and dip it in the hazelnut affogato. Get a box if you have to, but order your hopes and dreams, you won't be disappointed.“

“We went on a night without live music. I wasn't sure what to expect aside from knowing it was a popular music venue and near enough to downtown to make it a walk-able destination.I was really pleasantly surprised to see such a nice patio for sitting outside, but an equally nice inside with good seating, standing room and bar. We stayed for a bit of trivia night, some inexpensive drinks and dinner from the nearby food truck. I would certainly return.“

May not be the best place for minorities though because a lady customer started jabbering about Chinese cuisine when I sat down (I'm vietnamese.) I know it's not the bars fault they have a few terrible customers but I felt like I was not their usual customer base.“

The dueling piano show was fabulous even though I requested a song they didn't know and still didn't play the one I asked them to play in its place(with a tip but would have tipped them anyway)I think they tried to make it up with another song but whatever, they were still good. The only complaint I have is the bartender that was there Saturday night, June 24th. What an a$$ hat. I'm sorry that I didn't drink alcoholic beverages, I also didn't know the sodas were free. You saw my drink was empty MULTIPLE times and when you finally asked what I wanted, you made 2 drinks before you gave me mine. I honestly would have tipped WAY more if you would have been nice and kept my drink filled. That was the only issue I had with this place. The ladies that came around to get our drink orders were wonderfully nice and definitely made the bartender look somewhat decent. I will be back but definitely not go see him! “I've been going to this place for years now . They have remodeled recently and have a nice covered area with live music,Cornhole, horseshoe's, Jenga, and a few other games . Good pool table, but you better bring your own stick. The loaner sticks are old and have been abused by patrons. 2 dart boards with fairly decent loaner darts. Bartender always friendly ? This place has a good mixture of people old and young. I always have a good time when I come to the trail. I didn't realize they had food I will try next time.“
