“I was so amazed! We came an entire hour after they were closed because it said 9pm online but they close at 8pm and the girl who had already closed the shop and was taking out the trash saw my son and said she still had just enough ice left for one more and went back in the closed shop and made him a snow cone. You just don’t get much of that anymore these days! Thank you Savannah! You made our night! Note to the manager or owner: she’s a keeper! We tipped all the cash we had left.“

“First of this place is amazing!!! We stop by almost every day after school. It's definitely a treat both the Italian ice and the service. One thing that hits home for me is that they usually keep root beer stocked. My daughter is definitely a creature of habit. As soon as we come through the door Kaira greets us with a welcoming smile and lets us know if they have it. Her exceptional service adds a ray of sunshine to every one of our visits. It's not listed as an option but I give 5 stars to Kaira!!!!!“

“We've been coming here for a few years now and have loved seeing their growth and progress. However, I was a little disappointed this last time we went when I asked to sample the non-dairy option, I was told they don’t do samples. Being Non-dairy is new for me and I really didn't want to spend the money if it wasn’t good. Thankfully it was ok, but I may just go down the road to the new place that lets you sample their flavors and has more dairy free options. Didn’t want to give less stars, because we really have enjoyed them over the years, just disappointed is all.“
