I have received great customer service every visit. I ordered on the mobile app and my order was correct and ready as soon as I arrived inside to pick it up. When you download the mobile app you are rewarded with a free Big Zak Snack which includes 4 tenders, a side, a piece of texas toast, and a medium drink. I highly suggest downloading the app and picking your order up inside. The drive thru is usually very busy.
