My 5 year old and I went in to purchase 5 blizzards (we obviously weren't eating them by ourselves) and as they handed them to me I had to ask for lids because they were carry out. Then had to place them on my blizzards myself. Even after I had mentioned they were "to go" they continued to give them to me with the spoon in the ice cream with no lid. I guess asking for the lid was asking too much. Apparently It was too difficult to figure the whole spoon/lid combination. And Of course they had no drink holder for my son and I to carry 5 blizzards through the rain. Not to mention I also had the ice cream dripping spoons to carry because they were too lazy to prepare our treat to go. Not only did the service suck but the blizzard did too. I dumped more than half mine down the sink because it was not a blizzard but spoons of vanilla ice cream...I could have gotten that from Publix along with superb service! They don't even deserve this one star as far as I'm concerned.
To the lady whom was working here tonight at 8:30 you have two jobs making ice cream and serving customers with good customer service you failed epically me and my husband came in for ice cream he asked " Hey hows your night going" ignoring us making eye contact you walked right past us over to the register and stood there not even asking for our order my husband said "Okay must be tired" and then went on to order our items you gave us our price and then turned ur back still have not said a word! The whole time I watched u make our ice cream u slammed everything in ur path u slammed our three blizzards on the counter in front of us and walked away not even a thanks for buying a dq! Horrible horrible to make it worse u slammed our cups so hard when we got home we realised my husbands cup had busted bottom leaking ice cream all in the truck! RIDICULOUS AND MAY I NOTE WORST BLIZZARD I HAVE EVER HAD FROM DQ AND WE HAVE HAD IT FROM THIS STORE BEFORE! GET UR HEAD OUT OF UR BUTT IF U DONT WANA BE THERE THEN QUIT DONT TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS!
