We bought our fries, which we had to wait on (that's all we ordered); they were stale and soft. The person at the register didn't speak very clearly for us to understand, and it felt dark and cold, although we just went through the drive-thru.
This was the worst experience ever, and the peopke that were in there with us all said the same thing: never again. That kiosk service sucks, nobody even looked at us when we walked in. I couldn't tell them the way I wanted my sandwich cooked, etc etc, like at normal places where they have normal customer service. There's a Hardee's right down the way and a Burger King too and they do things the old-fashioned way so that's where we're all going next time.
