I've had many issues with this location so I'll go out of the way and go the one down the street. I do try this location sporadically. My last drink was made incorrectly but the flavor was spot on, i didnt say anything because it was a points drink (not going to complain about a free drink). The server was fairly nice. Its getting better I'll keep trying here.
I always go to this location since it’s closest to home, however, I feel there’s some lack of training. I usually order a dragon drink or pink drink which both include coconut milk. Yesterday I went to pick up my order and the coconut milk was separated on the top just floating like a cloud. This happens most of the time where it separates. I have to keep asking for them to add a little more coconut milk. Today, I asked for light ice. Picture included is of the “light ice”....read full review

The coffee is OK. I went through the drive-thru. It’s like an assault when they shove their chip card reader out at me- but wait, first I have to pay them a tip. Without a word, at least $1. Why would I give a 33% tip for pouring coffee and adding cream? I should get a tip for giving them a tip !These days it’s pretty much give a tip or else. Meh.
