I ordered to take with me luckily I checked they had missed 2 items. Was not pleased with the pasteles. Not sure what flavor it had. And the plantain was over cooked. The soup was bland. The atmosphere was good but they definitely need more than one person in front. Overall I’d give it a 3 for
I love the food here, especially jibarito with mayo-ketchup. I just wish the service was nicer, the lady that takes orders on the phone is very dry and short and doesn’t ensure she and the person on the other side understand each other, so my side was completely wrong from what I ordered. Even though i advised I had difficulty understanding her she dismissed it and just asked if I needed anything else. What you see in the first picture is the Mofongo with fried pork. It was very tasty, the pork was well seasoned and tender and the broth or caldo was veru flavorful. Only thing missing was some grilled onions. Second picture is the Alcapurria, missimg was the bacaloito because i ate it so fast..lol.Overall the food was great, fresh and hot. I reccomend this place
