I ordered food here once in awhile because I’m a full time student, work full time and a single mother of 2. I placed my order online and I didn’t think It went through So I called the store they said that if they don’t see it within 5-10 mins they will give me a call to order, but if they did see it they won’t call. I said ok that’s fine... 10 mins go by no call thinking it went through... 45 mins comes around nothing.. an hour goes by still nothing now we are at an hour and 25 mins I call up there and they want to say that they never received my ordered but they took my money off my card!! I asked for a refund but they refused to give it to me I had to go through my bank to get it back. Then today I decided to order again I called and asked for a coupon or something off because of what happened last time they put me on hold for 2 mins and then hung up! I called back 5 times as all 5 times they hung up with out saying anything then on the 6th try “a brave soul” decided to answer the phone and proceeded to tell me they will never take my order again. Ok bet! This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time very bad for business!!

We were really disappointed tonight!! We've order from this location in the past and it was really good, then they opened a closer location and we've ordered from there since. Our closer location happened to be closed tonight so we tried the Tyler Creek location again....honestly it was probably the worst pizza we've ever had! We paid for extra cheese and not only was there not extra cheese, there were a bunch of visible holes with no cheese, the crust was severely underdone to the point that it was raw in spots, the sauce was unflavored and watery, and it was ice cold! I don't know if they changed their recipe or their cook, but I don't think we'll be going back. Especially for the price, we expected something at least edible. I can say the delivery driver was polite and quick. That was really the only positive.
