For a first time visit I was impressed and I'll say it's hard to impress me in a drive thru. The staff was friendly and the chicken sandwich was very fresh and actually good keep up the great work.
my wife and I were on a trip, we went out of our way to get to Zaxby's. place was packed,went to order and was told they no longer carry fried mushrooms. no reason to stop there any more! Chicken was good as always.

Was there and waited 30 minutes in parking lot for the restaraunt to open. Website said they opened at 10am, but it wasn’t until 10:30. Once in I mentioned to cashier about website being wrong & she gave a very hateful and rude remark. She had a very bad attitude. I then asked to speak to a manager & informed him of her attitude. He was very polite and took our order. Kudos to the manager & cooks for the great food. The cashier on the other hand shouldn’t even get a 1 star...read full review
