But today, a fresh bagel? Am I emotional this morning? Maybe. Am I weeping over the deliciousness of the sandwich and hot coffee while alone in my car driving to work? “Good Dunkin. We went in to place our order. It was a big order, when we left it didn't include all of items we purchased. We were to far away to go back. Check your orders before you leave and trust that everything will be there. We should have looked. “We had a small event at Mimi's today. Stephanie and her staff were literally amazing! The food was amazing and there was so much of it. The price they gave was reasonable. The service was beyond exceptional. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were today. They are worth the drive to Hardwick any day. it's also adorable. it's in the old town post office.“

“The past couple times I’ve visited this location there were only 2 employees working (one on register and one making the drinks). They were both friendly and got my order right. The line was long and I waited awhile for my drink but with only two employees I understood and felt bad for the girl being overworked making drinks. She did a great job considering.“

“I've been here three times in the last week and I'm ordering for several people. Every time has been through the drive-through, they've gotten everything right and have been pleasant. I've ordered signature lattes, a custom hot coffee that my dad loves, muffins, custom frozen donuts, and a few varieties of bagel sandwiches. Good experience from my end. “The crew working the mid shift today understood the assignment and were cranking out meals. In the midst of the chaos my son dropped his whole damn happy meal and had a breakdown. I went to the counter in an attempt to correct the issue and the young lady spoke with what appeared to be the shift manager and they hooked it up with class and helped save the day. Big Ups!“

“Typical Dunkins food and coffee. Service is so so at times due to being understaffed. At those times normally they only keep the drive through open, but if you go into the store, there will be a kiosk setup to be used to place an order inside, and when completed and ready will be put into a organized sticker, with each order clearly marked for you to grab at the pick-up portion of the counter.“
