“The Gin Mill is exactly what you're looking for, if you want a local dive bar with some distinctly interesting and unique characteristics. Read the other reviews and you'll get the right idea. They make a pretty decent home-style fried burger for a few bucks -- exactly what I needed and vastly superior to a fast food burger. Not gourmet by any stretch but better than I expected. I'd be happy to return. (BTW, there's virtually no AT&T data connectivity in this locale, so don't go there counting on it.)“

“We rented out the parlor car for a dinner following our wedding ceremony. I worked with Linea who was AMAZING and so so sweet! She answered all my questions and was easy to communicate with. The space was PERFECT! The servers (Sara & Emily) were so great! For 39 people they worked so quickly, everyone got drinks, apps, and dinner within the 2 hours we booked. All of our guests raved about the food, drinks, and how cute the space was. Linea, Sara and Emily you are all amazing and made our day perfect!“

“Girly grills, delicious food narrowly Eclipse is the stellar service. A respectful nod to glorious Americana of the past, girly’s Grill brings joy to all who enter there! We enjoyed caramel apple french toast delectable enough to fight over, as well as strawberry waffles & homemade biscuits & gravy. Girly’s Grill is our family’s favorite new brunch spot!Parking: Tons of creative spots.Kid-friendliness: Girly’s gave us two coloring books and two packs of crayons for them. Extremely considerate and kind for all families!“

“Was there today with a group of friends. The Belgian waffle with strawberries was incredible. Service was good, if a bit slow to get our food. My coffee cup was topped off frequently, which is always a huge gold star for me. Everyone's food looked great, and all said it was great.“
“What a great little spot to hang-out if you're reasonably local and want a pint with a great view. We were there on a cold, windy day, which was not an optimal combination, but it was still a nice place overall. While we were there, they had plenty of parking, goats you could feed, pumpkins for purchase (or you could take a hayride out to the fields to pick one of your own), burgers, dogs, beer and wine etc. by the outdoor bar, way more food options in the restaurant building, and a wide variety of ice cream as well. My one negative would be the playscapes/plastic castles for kids seemed a bit weathered and at times dangerous/sharp/potential for failure, particularly in the face of them being at times overloaded with a high number of kids with minimal supervision.“

“Even though Janines Frostie is more than an hour away, the drive is always worthwhile.Excellent food and ice cream, amiable service, and regular live music make this a fantastic stop for foodies on a day trip or weekend getaway. Janines will provide a wonderful treat to cap off your day, whether it's after a bike ride, a Sunday drive, a stroll through Quabbin, or just a trip to have ice cream with the kids. The menu offers a good selection of seafood dishes in addition to the more unusual pot roast poutine, corn dogs, sassy sow dogs, and hamburgers and hot dogs.“

“It's a fun little establishment to hang out on the outdoor patio with friends on a Friday after work. They have live music, but left before the musicians started.Ordered a couple of apps - fried pickles and bourbon wings. Apps were served fast, fresh and hot. Robust portions are great for sharing.Bartender was the only one on site - she juggled inside and outside quite nicely. Checking in frequently on her customers.“

“What cheeses do you use? I used to live in town. Your pizza is my favorite in the entire world. I now live far away but I’m always missing your pizza. The garlic taste in the dough is also incredible. (Begging eyes)“

“Food was good. Fries were not hot but so much else we did not eat them anyway. I did not read the online menu properly the prices were for take out only I did not see that below the listing. I own that it was my fault . They had erased the prices off the board maybe because Saturday night. Prices on the drinks menu were not accurate . We ordered a capacino I expected a small cup as it was priced at $2 on the menu. Was a delicious drink in a glass but was $6. Was told that was old prices but on all the menus. I was charged 6 and was told they could not credit me as the owner was not there. The drink was probably worth 6 but the menu should be correct. My fish was very good. Salad mediocre mainly just lettuce and blue cheese dressing was very bitter. We will probably give it another try. Staff very good. I will ask the prices next time.“
“Nice casual local restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Also has a walk up window for service. Very good menu selection for the casual diner with daily specials and soups. Full breakfast available on weekends with breakfast sandwiches weekdays. Menu prices low for our area. Ice cream is a big add to their overall attraction with both soft serve and hard ice creams with multi variations. Yummy. Parking is convenient. Property is clean with diner style decor. You order at a counter and clear your table when finished. Bring the kids, they can draw on the wall-size chalkboard .“

“Stopped in for a quick meeting and ordered the French Onion Soup which was excellent. I also got the SMOKED chicken wings with the dry rub. These wings were the best wings. Perfectly smoked and then fried; juicy and crispy. I wish I lived closer. I would order these every time.“

“My husband and I visited for the first time recently. We sat at the bar, where the bartender was very friendly and efficient. My husband had the half rack of baby back ribs and I had the chicken Marsala. The meals came with fresh green salads and delicious warm rolls, accompanied by butter and olive oil/red wine vinegar/seasoning. The food was very good and the portions were extremely generous. I got two lunches out of my leftovers! The prices are very reasonable. It is a friendly, local establishment and we chatted with some nice folks at the bar. Very relaxing, home town feel with friendly staff.“

“Please be advised that on March 17 a patron of this restaurant had a bad experience. She proceeded to post about it on Facebook and several friends stated they were going to give Root 20 a bad review online. I have no problem with someone sharing their experience, but it’s not fair if people who have never visited write bogus reviews without having, a first-hand knowledge of the restaurant. It’s great to look online and be able to see what others have thought of a restaurant but, sadly, as with all things Internet related, there are some false reviews. I frequently visit route 20 and love the food and the staff. The owners are incredibly generous to , the community both in Wilbraham and Springfield. I am a public school teacher and route 20 has been very generous to my school and others.“

“Clean family-friendly dining area. Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Full bar. Plenty parking. Extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.I only came here once and had the whole belly clams. They hit the spot. I love that you have several options of sides. I had a Caesar side salad. You can have them with fries, rice, and several other options. It also included coleslaw. Overall prices seem to be reasonable. I paid $26 for my whole belly clams meal, but they tend to be a little pricey anyways due to the market value, so I'm used to it.“

“My only regret is that there are not enough meals in the day to try everything on the menu.Rustic diner with lots of savory and sweet options. Fresh orange juice. Huge portions. Housemade corn beef hash is delicious and they get omelets right. Quick service even though it was busy. It seems like the staff is treated well here. Street parking.“
