“nice little stop along the excelsior bay coastline. great place for some of MN favorite Sébastien Joe's Ice cream and a few other snacks and small food items. Awsome place to bring the kids or pets...great customer service with a smile and all around lovely atmosphere. e wn have a couple of chairs and benches to sit at while you eat your ice cream or stroll along the park path. we will be back many times.“

“It's a small place so a bit cramped. But the ice cream was delicious and served in an ample amount.Since it was one of the first really nice days, it was busy but the staff was on the job and we were in and out easily.Parking: Town is very busy this time of year so free parking is at a premium. There is a lot about a block away and on street paid parking.Kid-friendliness: They have kid size servings. And flavors kids get excited about.“

“We just moved to the area from out of state, so trying to find a new ice cream place was a must for our family. Went visited last night and all decided this was our new spot! The cookie dough concrete was AMAZING, my kiddos loved that they could pick what candies they wanted in theirs. “The experience here was amazing. Walking in, I already felt the atmosphere and smell of an ice cream parlor, which brought me back to when I was young. I ordered the white chocolate and raspberry coffee, which was a very interesting taste, but very good! I got the Superman and Playdough, and both were great. I also snagged myself some Raspberry chip to go, and it was so tasty. Next time I go there, I am definitely going for the Nicolette Asphalt“

“Easy to get to an ice cream parlor in downtown Carver. I was greeted warmly and service was quick. They have a great variety of ice cream flavors to choose from but I went with one of my favorites chocolate chip cookie dough. It is very small so dining in is most likely not an option but in the summer they have picnic tables for use outside. I will say there were some bees right outside of the door that must be attracted to all the sweetness and sugar of the ice cream so please be aware of them.“

“The Cookies are a little too big for me, and just a little too sweet. The store itself was super clean and the employees were super nice. I was almost an hour early to pick up my order, they accommodated me with no fuss! Was accidently given the wrong cookie - probably due to me arriving so much earlier than I was supposed to - again they corrected the mistake without any fuss.“

“been here a few times and i lovelovelove the bingsu. one key thing when ordering the ones with fruit toppings is to get them when they’re in season. i’ve had the strawberry, mango, and the limited melon flavors and all were delicious. i noticed the first two the flavors don’t penetrate deep into the ice which kind of stinks but the texture and toppings make it fun to eat. the whole serving of the melon bingsu tasted like honeydew which had me pleasantly surprised. yummy yummy“

“I came into the restaurant with my 2 children during busy lunch hour. We had a friendly staff experience and the quickest service I've ever gotten at Culver's. I think we got our food in less than a minute and a half. I was floored. They were so kind and friendly it spread to the patrons in the restaurant with me. Very good community feeling store. Love this location. Their A-team was on staff and I loved it. Food was delicious as always. A cone, a sundae, and a Culver's basket meal“

“Our go to Culvers. My son loves to get the milkshakes or kids meals. I tend to order inside as drive thru lines can be a bit long here. The staff is always friendly and the food is pretty good. I have been to other Culvers but this one just has a nice feel to it. The Culvers Deluxe burger is a good choice to get here.“

“I'm a frequent visitor to this restaurant and want to highlight a recent exceptional experience. The staff here has always been great, but this time they truly exceeded expectations. I faced a payment issue as my phone's tap-to-pay feature wasn't working, and I had no physical card or cash, only a card number to input manually. Unfortunately, the updated POS system seemed to lack this option. Instead of turning me away, the assistant manager, Elmo, went out of his way to find a solution, ultimately comping my meal after exhaustive efforts to process the payment. This gesture, along with the patience and problem-solving displayed by Elmo and his team, made me feel like part of the family. I'm so grateful for their service and believe they deserve recognition, perhaps with a company pizza party, as a token of appreciation for their outstanding work.“

“I asked if they had chocolate ice cream, and the lady said no despite advertising several blizzards with chocolate ice cream in them. I used this to push for a chocolate base for my blizzard, and she begrudgingly said that I could do that. I proceeded to order a small "chocolate" blizzard with cookie dough and Reese's peanut butter cups. There weren't enough mixins, but it was pretty solid. Honestly I think Culver's is way better. I should've gone there.“
