“I had the sour wheat lavender beer, tenderloin tips and steak sandwich. It was all very good. Wife had wings with the Thai Chili sauce. She liked it very much. The place was right across the street from our hotel. It was all very good. Definitely give it a try.“

“Made a trip out here to catch up with a few friends and it was a fabulous time. As you walk into the spacious establishment you are greeted with aromas of spices and food that leave your mouth watering. Our server Hailey was very attentive and on top of things making ordering a breeze. The wine and sake were flowing and helped wash down the yellowfin, yellow tail, and unagi sashimi. We then had a few other rolls as well as a few other things on the menu. Everything we had was very good and we hope to make another trip very soon. The location has lots of parking, an extensive wine list, and a full bar as well as very clean restrooms.“

“We were here for dinner over the weekend and everything about this place was phenomenal we tried multiple things off of the to share or not portion of the menu and loved every bit of it. The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. Staff was incredibly friendly and knew what they were talking about if you had questions. To those looking at going here reservations are a must!!!! Great atmosphere as well“

“Oh. My. God. My husband brought me here for a birthday dinner. We had a tasting menu put together for our party and from the first bite to the last, we were totally blown away. The duck confit, golden Beets, foccacia, and Yukon Potatoes were among my favorites. The mushrooms were mind blowing- I didn't even realize they were mushrooms at first! The fried porkchop was tasty, amd it was my "least favorite". You will not be disappointed. Kim Tong is amazing. She organized every detail and made me feel really special. She truly is an asset to the hospitality industry. Thank you!“

“Stopped by here for lunch during my trip to Minneapolis. I had the chicken tenders and they were amazing. The fry in them were great not overly greasy and chicken was very juicy. My friends had the burgers and they were also delicious. Outdoor seating area was great and vibes were awesome“

“This is just a fantastic place! It's been one of my top places in Minneapolis for at least a decade and never fails to disappoint. It strikes a nice balance of being classic and fresh. With the bonus of having stellar food and service. Somehow I still think it's underrated with all the restaurant opening up. But if you want a top-tier place that never fails to disappoint, hit up the eatery!PS The butterscotch budino continues to be my favorite dessert.“

“We had our best restaurant experience at Spoon and Stable. Service was impeccable, cocktails were delightful, food was stellar. We shared the bison tartare, snap pea salad, and torchietti pasta for starters. All were terrific. I had the artic char and it was cooked to perfection. Wife had the pork chop and was thrilled. Son had rib eye and ranked it as the 2nd best steak he's ever eaten, behind only Peter Luger in NY. Mother had the Alaskan halibut and loved it. We capped it off with Chocolate Budino, yum, and honey & cream cake, also yum. A fantastic carajillo dessert cocktail put an exclamation point on what was an all around excellent evening.“

“We love the Sample Room - always have, always will! We had an excellent experience at the bar for Dine Out For Life - Richard took awesome care of us & the food was delicious! Highly recommend the lion's mane mushroom cakes, trout croquettes, & the mussels (personally we'd skip the sausage, takes away from the mussels). Overall, fantastic dining, thank you!“

“Tenant is a hidden gem. The drinks at the bar are fairly priced and the right size. The seating process was on time and worked quite well. Dinner was amazing. All 6 courses were stellar and the price was well worth the experience. Will be back often.Parking: No issues parking on the street.“

“Truly a dining experience like no other. The food is delicious - I eat the steak every single time I go because it is my favorite food in the world. I'm pretty sure everything on their menu is made from scratch and every flavor is perfect. They take such care and pay such huge attention to the details. The wine pairings are out of this world, and it's such a luxury to turn off my brain and just know that every sip will be perfect. And the service is the warmest, most competent and most genuine service I have ever experienced. You will feel cared for without feeling smothered, and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying every moment.“

“best place in the twin cities. I remember when there was only beer and wine behind the bar and they sold single cigarettes. Dinner was a baguette and a roasted bulb of garlic and a bottle of wine. theater in the back with story tellers and fringe artists that kept this transplanted nyer here in the twin cities for 30 years.“

“This is a quaint restaurant with a high-end tasting menu. You start your journey at the concierge booth, which also doubles as hotel check-in. They escort you through large doors and seat you immediately, assuming you made reservations in advance. Our server was very attentive to our needs and explained the pairing for each of the courses we had. The food was definitely a journey for you palate. The caliber of the kitchen is topnotch! The kitchen is open and right next to the dining area, and we didn't hear a peep out of the chefs. That just shows you the quality of professionalism they have. Smooth and running like a well-oiled machine. I would highly recommend celebrating a special occasion with Alma!“

“Came for brunch at 1pm on a Saturday and there was a lot of available seating. We got the gem lettuce salad, American Burger, and French toast and all 3 were very good. The salad has lots of fresh herbs, and the dressing was very flavorful. The burger was the perfect indulgent meal with tons of oozy cheese, fresh pickles and a good crust on the outside of the patties (like a smash burger). The French toast was made using in house bread, and had a beautiful custardy inside and crunchy outside. I made sure to cover every bite with the blueberry sauce. It wasn't too sweet, but it still felt decadent. The restaurant has a chic industrial feel with lots of natural lights and a few plants. I would come back here in a heartbeat!“
“A nice old time venue where you are close to the artist. We have been there 3-4 times. The employees are fantastic. Good food down below and good drinks. However, we went to the band Augustana which we have 5-6 times, and the sound system was horrible.“

“Everything served to our table was delicious! Our server was Chris and he was SO NICE!! We were a little hurried, as we had a show to go to. Chris managed to keep things moving and keep us on time, but we never felt rushed. We had a very enjoyable meal.“

“My new favorite restaurant. Everything we had was amazing! We had shareable plates, so we could try a bit of everything. We couldn't stop eating. Then, the leftover collard greens were great in an omelet the next morning lol. I'll definitely be back.“

“Arrived on Sunday for brunch (with a reservation!) to find there was no host & restaurant was dead (2 parties in the restaurant & a person sitting at the bar). After peeping into the restaurant 3-4 times & seeing 2 servers ignoring us (not busy!), someone finally agreed he'd seat us. This is a beautiful space. We had a booth by the bar. Service was attentive once we got seated. The brunch Old Fashioned was definitely on point. The hash was disappointing, flavorful but mostly potatoes & little hash topped w/ an almost raw egg. Shrimp & grits were the very item we had - grits were worthy of being taken home for another day.“

“One of my favorite restaurants in all of MN. The pork bowl is incredible. Yuca fries and fried plantains are enough even with a half order, even though you'll want to keep eating them. Their sauces never cease to amaze. The lemonade feels pricey until you taste it, and then you realize it is worth it every time.“

“Jeremy (server) was amazing. The burger ( Barcelona ) was outstanding. You must have the coleslaw with it because the flavors explode, and the coleslaw brings a fresh balance . When I cut the burger in half, the juice oozed. 1st time. It's a must if you are adventurous with food.“

“Cheerful and professional service from Sydney. Great artichoke dip and nice smooth lattes. The hibiscus orange tart has great flavor, but a little odd in texture for me. A wonderful option within walking distance of the XCel and Science Museum.“

“The food was very good. The service was very good. The atmosphere was lovely. the prices are very reasonable. No sur charges! And they were patient with us hogging our table at Easter brunch for two hours. (we felt bad) Tommy one of the sous chefs was our waiter. He was great. One of the best all around restaurants in North East Minneapolis if not Minneapolis as a whole. We are definitely going back. Give them a try, you will leave their full and content.“

“I've had the burger 3 times and it has never been good, always over salted and over cooked. Their fried chicken sandwich however is very well made.Servers have been friendly and prompt every time. The ambience is great, the lights are dim, and it feels cozy. The music however is way too loud. At the bar, it registers on my Apple Watch at around 78-80dB.The cocktails are easily the highlight. I've had a few of the house cocktails and they've all been top tier. They also make the IBA classics extremely well. They're brave enough to offer to put an egg white in the whisky sour and it definitely pays off.“

“Really enjoyed, no I very much loved the atmosphere and the music, and I very highly enjoyed the bash for 2023. I would have given a five-star, although two of the bar tenders were rude not only to myself but others as well. There was one cocktail servicer that went out of her way to make sure people were being helped. I had three drinks, two I did not enjoy at all. One tasted so sour it started to upset my stomach, the other was like drinking watered down coffee water. The pomegranate drink that I had was spot on. I highly recommend anyone to try that drink. Amazing ?“

“It's been a while since my last visit to Ray J's, and I've always enjoyed their amazing wings. Last night, I opted for their Monday special – a $7 burger with fries – and it truly surpassed my expectations! The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, while the fries were hot, crispy, and accompanied by California toppings that made it an outstanding deal. I'm looking forward to returning soon and bringing some friends along!“

“We stopped in for some Wrecktangle pizza at 1:00 on a sleepy Mother’s Day and took a seat at the central bar. This was the second food hall we enjoyed on this trip to Minneapolis. The first was Graze a couple of blocks away from the North Loop Gallery. BTW, this space has nothing to do with art. It’s a poor choice of name. Even if “Food” was used as an adjective before Gallery, it would make more sense. Sean was our charming bartender, and his sincerity helped brighten up an already beautiful day. We spoke of the wonders of the Twin Cities while enjoying beer and pizza. That’s a close to perfect Sunday in May.“

“A great staple in our community. Though I didn't have food tonight, it is obvious that they have kept their prices low, and perhaps at pre-COVID prices. Thank you, I'm not the first person to notice this in my community and I wanted to let you know that it's been noticed.“
“RUN RUN RUN to this place!!! The food is ahhhhhmazing. I cannot give enough compliments about that tuna stack. I swear, I’m going to dream about it tonight. The drink program is good, but ask the bartenders what they enjoy because you’ll get some great sips. The decor is gorgeous, the people are fun, and the “artwork” course is all from local MN artists. Truly a gem! I’ll be back to try the chefs menu for sure!“

“This brunch spot is adorable and has excellent food and drinks. The service wasn’t great - no one explained to us the self serve area vs full service area when we walked in, just stared at us. Another group walked in behind us and the staff then proceeded to explain everything quite kindly to them. The staff member that took our order at the counter acted quite annoyed and barely spoke to us.“

“Great food! The location is prime to many things I was surprised it wasn't busier than it was that day. Food was excellent! Service was a little lacking in that we were given 3 beverage glasses, even though I ordered an alvocoholic spritzer, all 3 meals came out and I still did not have my drink. When the last meal came, I asked the server and they said they would check on it. It was still quite a while before it came out- my salad was over half gone.“

“I'm a staunch supporter of restaurants blazing the trail for tipless pricing as it tends to be more equitable for staff and simpler and more transparent for all. Brasa is tipless, saying it pays its workers $16-25/hr, and it does everything right: delicious rotisserie chicken (pollo a la brasa), tasty sides (the spicy creamed spinach wasn't actually spicy hot, but it was tangy and creamy), fast service, and reasonable prices---remember, no tipping expected. The two-piece rotisserie plate is $15 as of this writing and is enough to satisfy most appetites. An excellent deal for food this delicious and well-prepared. The décor and vibe is very nice too.“

“The U of M Campus Club is a really unique and special place on campus - full of history and hospitality. It's a great place to meet with U of M community, clients, family, friends. We've participated in family events (Mother's Day Brunch, Easter Brunch, etc.), department events, seminars, Wine and Scotch tastings, countless lunches and enjoyable happy hours.
