“This is a fine place to bowl, no frills.I came Saturday night and total for 2 people, 4 game of bowling (or about 2 hours) and 3 beers was $80. Not sure if I'm out of touch with what costs should be, but that seems expensive to me.Bar service was good. Front customer service is not the most friendly. Not overly so,, still an enjoyable evening.“

The waiter just did not seem to care about the tables either, just very lackadaisical. There were only 2 tables in his section when we got there, he checked on us once after our order.“

“If you had told me my daughter and son in law were regulars at this place I would have been amazed. WELL, THEY ARE! And off we go to watch Purdue (son in laws alma mater) play in the final four. In fact, all their friends (I affectionately call "the squad") is also coming. We arrive and the squad is greeted by staff and regulars. A pitcher of Hamms beer arrives as well as wings. My daughter explains, "as soon as we walk in, that order goes in." The server, Heather, is beloved by the squad and she takes great care of them and they do the same to her! ? the wings are juicy and smoky. Very meaty. Pretty darn good! Atmosphere is hearty and happy. I can see why the squad comes here! Love the staff. Love the atmosphere (God Bless America). Love the down home food and libations! “We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! “I tried several of the signature cocktails and they were lovely. Tiny, adorable, and tasty. Our wings got lost, but the staff was apologetic. I looked over the menu online before going and was hoping to order the risotto, but it wasn't on the menu in person. It was probably seasonal and the website hadn't been updated yet. I would go again, just for the ambience though.“

“I got the 60/40 burger rare and chicken tenders with a hot dry rub, and it was cooked to my liking. I also got a Moscow Mule, it was okay, but nothing to write home about.Parking: There's a free parking lot but it doesn't have a lot of stalls. I had to park 2 blocks away and walk over. It wasn't a big deal but it would be less than ideal in the winter.“

“We had our best restaurant experience at Spoon and Stable. Service was impeccable, cocktails were delightful, food was stellar. We shared the bison tartare, snap pea salad, and torchietti pasta for starters. All were terrific. I had the artic char and it was cooked to perfection. Wife had the pork chop and was thrilled. Son had rib eye and ranked it as the 2nd best steak he's ever eaten, behind only Peter Luger in NY. Mother had the Alaskan halibut and loved it. We capped it off with Chocolate Budino, yum, and honey & cream cake, also yum. A fantastic carajillo dessert cocktail put an exclamation point on what was an all around excellent evening.“

“I think its a great place but they over charged me when I looked over my bank account the next day seeing more than 10k when I'm sure I only spent around 8k had to file fraud alerts, but overall it wasn't bad it just my bank that gave me the confusion through it all. “Just ate here on a whim. Wife picked it from a huge list on google. They did not disappoint. Order the fried chicken. You won’t be sorry. I also had burnt ends. Prolly the best I’ve ever had. Sticky toffee pudding and banana Creme pie for dessert. This place was off the chain. Great food great atmosphere great service. Will be back soon. I’m kinda of mad at myself for not ordering another sticky toffee pudding to take with me. 200 stars. Thanks for a great meal“

Lightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside…assembled with homemade American cheese, a slice of crisp white onion on toasted white bread… the best I’ve had in my life! Chicken Gizzards: Technique, technique, technique. I can only wonder the effort and preparation on the front end that makes these gizzards so, so tender. Lightly battered and minimal frying time leave these gizzard with a “cut with a folk” and “melt in your mouth” texture that I have never experienced before.“

“Such a cute place with a funky menu and fun atmosphere. Service getting in with the wait was fine, the worker was super friendly. The waiter we had never came to check on us after we got our drinks, so we waited over an hour and after he came back we couldn’t order food as it was after kitchen hours. We tried getting him to come to our table by waving and making eye contact but it didn’t work. Other than that, the drinks were good!“

They brought us well prepared chicken, some sushi small bite, and other things I can't remember a month later that were enjoyable. The cake was dry and not worth the calories (or cost). The dietary restriction I indicated was missed but they were able to adjust in the moment. The atmosphere was lovely upstairs. We ate in the covered outdoor area at a shared table.“

My favorite thing about this place is that there was no Shellfish on the menu, so I could eat just about everything here, except the kimchi pancakes (because shellfish paste) I look forward to adding this spot on my personal list of safe places to eat!“

“Nice little hole in the wall spot on Central Ave. Busy street makes for easy access by foot, but not car. So it’ll appeal to some but maybe not all. Drinks were great! The apricot old fashioned was phenomenal. Didn’t get food because there wasn’t much of a menu, but smaller items to snack on. Not really a dinner spot but definitely a romantic date spot with great drinks and service. $4 Hamms for HH is excellent.Parking: If you are a driver, park on side streets and walk.“
