Nice people and good location, but the beer quality needs improvement. Just wasn’t a fan of anything I tried…honest opinion. Hoping for a turnaround and wishing Ullsperger long-term success.
A brand new brewery! I went on 10/15, and was told that they opened 9/30. They have a good core of 4 beers on tap already; a cream ale, Oktoberfest, stout and blonde. According to the signs, they are looking to expand their tap list with an IPA, a hazy and a hefeweizen in the newr future. The staff was awesome, the beer tender was friendly and charismatic. The taproom itself is quaint, even if a bit crowded. But they did have a tv with the Vikings game on! There is a shelf unit with several games and another with their merch. Merch was shirts and baseball caps and beanies. The beer was decent and I am excited to go back once they work the kinks out of their process and introduce more beer styles!
