“As far as 12 bones being goes. Environment is laid back and fun, staff where informative and responsive beer was good. I haven't had the BBQ here but I can't imagine it's much different then the other location..... Ribs are the best... Period!“

“The nickname "Malt Disney World" truly fits. This place is amazing. I took the brewery tour and was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly Madison was. “Hillman Beer was a pretty good stop and one that I would recommend if you are nearby. The beer selection wasn't explored but the table did order a variety of food that everyone enjoyed. The staff was pleasant and brought a great attitude with to work.“

“I had really high expectations for this brewery after doing an enormous amount of research. The space itself was neat and being downtown was cool. I liked that they had pinball too. But the beers I was expecting elite and I just didn’t feel that way. We tried 7 beers between two of us and the only one I thought was outstanding was one of the Hazys. I will try again next time I’m in town but I won’t prioritize it like I did this time“

“Probably the best brewery experience I've had in 20 years of craft beer tourism. They make great beers and they treat you right, because the people who run it are treated right. This is a great space to relax and talk with friends or make more. Food trucks, indoor and outdoor seating with fire pits, wine and non-alcoholic options, and super friendly service in a beautiful setting. If you don't visit here when in the area, you don't like beer.“

“This place was cool for everyone. Lots of activities for the whole family. They operate out of an old train car. All the details of this place were well done. I like the ode to a little disc golf. I am only giving four stars because the one beer I had time for I didn’t really like. Could be my fault but that was the only sample I had.“

“Cellarest has an excellent selection of german style beers, many of which come in a delightful half liter mug. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. The space is warm and welcoming and full of lovely plants! and there is pup friendly outdoor seating as well.“

“Great stop! They have a parking lot (Yay!) and street parking. The beer garden looked inviting, but we sat inside to chat up our bartender. I didn't catch her name, but she said she worked the bar infrequently. That was our good fortune. We enjoyed our beers and the conversation we had with another couple. “Steve and I had Highland Brewing with a collaboration with Lucky Envelope Brewing which I believe was for the 2024 Lunar New Year, the Year of the Dragon. The name of the beer was Wood Dragon(fruit) Wheat which was very good. I rated it highly on Untappd and now I am carrying over the high score to Yelp. Flavor features to find with this lovely fruited wheat beer are bitter, hoppy, wheat and fruity. It is also a light bodied beer and that is something that is certainly appreciated with Steve and myself! A great beer experience!“

“This place is awesome! Did the guided tour and was mesmerized. Shared some appetizers for lunch (wings were the best I’ve had anywhere), had a few beers and hung out at the fire pit a while afterwards. Really cool experience! Planning to go back many times.“

“Great bar any location you visit. This location is their distribution center and has a brewery too. Outside seating and I sides seating. Dog friendly. Great beer selection. I got a double ipa that did not dissappoint. Pricing is on par with other local breweries. They offer snacks and soft pretzels at bar. They have a side food cart that I believe offers hot dogs and nachos. Free parking lot and a good amount of parking available.“

“Take a step back to the food court days! From the four food options we saw today we tried two of them. A little cheese and corn empanada snack from Mikasa Criolla was tasty if but just a tad over salted. We also enjoyed the chicken plate from Bun Intended. Excellently fried and crispy. “Several of us came in for lunch... the wait was ridiculous, considering there was only one party (consisting of 3 people) in front of us, but they had a bunch of questions, even though the menu is rather simple. The person taking orders took his time with that group, while the line grew longer. It's nice that he took the time to answer their questions, but he probably should have called someone else over to take orders while he chatted with them. The wait was about 10 minutes for this. The place is nice looking and filled with seating, inside and out. The menu is simple, mainly pizzas and handhelds. The staff is friendly and our food came out promptly. My burger was pretty good as well. Aside from the ridiculous wait, the rest of the lunch went perfectly. I'd return.“

“We visited this brewery during our week long trip to Pisgah with our two German shorthair pointers. Our hike was rained out, though we attempted it anyway. After aborting the hike due to weather, we decided to look for a place to get a mid-day beer. We looked at a couple breweries, even drove to Sierra Nevada Brewery. SN was disappointing since their outdoor area was not covered nor open for service apparently. We then went to Burning Blush to check it out. This was also one of few places open at noon (and it was a weekday). Lucky for us, they allow pups inside, which was a plus given the weather. The place was quiet but as I said, was a weekday with terrible weather. The beers were great, the food truck was amazing, and the staff were very kind. They gave our pups a few biscuits (which they loved). My dogs are my kids, so I'm happy to have found this place! Def recommend if traveling with furry friends! “Is goooooooood.My wife and I stopped by here with our two dogs. The staff was super welcoming to the dogs and even enjoyed our own presence.The beers are amazing with a wide variety. My wife was able to enhance any beer on draft with a CBD shot, which is a great variety to an already amazing selection. I can’t recommend this place high enough… hehe CBD joke“

My favorite this time was the limited release Where the Boat Leaves From - a delightful toasted coconut blonde ale. My husband chose an IPA flight and can’t decide between the Blue Ghost IPA and the Grapefruit IPA for his favorite. There is so much to love about what this brewery is up to!
