I was going through the Drive through this evening it was so very cold and I seen a couple of younger people out there and they were freezing I hope that you switch out your employees some inside and some out because it was way too cold for anyone to be out in this kind of weather

Absolutely amazing service and smiles! I swung by this Chick-fil-A today for a quick, pick me up after work. I was struggling to decide what I wanted, and Mallory specifically made fantastic recommendations, and I have never been happier with the quality of food and a Chick-fil-A. Mallory was so patient as I am very indecisive and normally stubborn, but somehow her smile and enthusiasm led me to have an awesome experience.
