Dear Pi Squared Owner & Night Management; I am disgusted and disappointed all around. My sister picked it up and waited nearly an hour! The two calzones (one of which was wrong from what I ordered. They were ice cold because they were left sitting on the counter while they made the chicken parm sub, which had been FORGOTTEN from my order. Out of THREE dinners ordered, One was forgotten and one was wrong entirely! My sister and I ordered our calzones with extra cheese, which neither of us had gotten. My sister was supposed to have extra cheese with onion. She got NO extra cheese and instead of receiving WHAT I ORDERED she received a calzone with pepper, onion and MUSHROOMS!!!! She hates mushrooms and had to pick them out one by one. HAD I accidentally took a bite or two out of her calzone, you would have been receiving a call in the morning from my lawyer!!! You see, I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO MUSHROOMS, MY THROAT SWELLS CLOSED. Therefore, your INABILITY TO GET AN ORDER STRAIGHT COULD HAVE LANDED ME IN THE HOSPITAL OR WORSE AND THEN YOUR TROUBLES WOULD BE A LOT MORE THAN A DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER AND A BAD REVIEW, IT WOULD BE AN UGLY LAWSUIT. So, Pi-Squared of Hendersonville, I would highly suggest your staff get their respective acts together before your stupidity kills someone! Over the years I have let A LOT slide from you people; countless wrong orders received, but I let it slide because mistakes can happen. However, you NEVER fix the problems and instead have become more slipshod! Once I ordered your chicken parm sub. IThank God my sister saw me turning red because, I had swallowed a chewed toothpick that had “accidentally” been baked into my chicken parm. You all were new, I know how difficult and stressful it can be starting a new business, your OWN new business. So, I kept the toothpick and threw out my sub. I did however, call your establishment to inform you of the “problem”. I was treated like an annoyance, was offered NO compensation. I expected you all would have been more careful, but over the years with so many mistakes and inaccuracies, I can see you haven’t. Next time I’m yearning for a pizza or calzone, I’ll call DOMINOS!!! At least THEY haven’t tried to kill me. However , this time round, I expect an apology AND compensation for the fact, once again, Pi-Squared tried to accidentally kill me. Trust me when I say THAT would be costing your establishment a whole bunch……..did I happen to mention I used to work for the FBI in New York City and still have plenty of friends working there? Oh, and by the way, my mother……..she’s a retired NYC Judge. I wouldn’t make her angry………you wouldn’t like her when she’s angry. As I said, I will be expecting a phone call of apology and also, to discuss compensation for my duress, my incorrect order and for a well deserved apology. Sincerely, Cheryl Piscopo Smith
