“We stopped in at The Eggshell Restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is set for “Seat Yourself” casual dining. I must say, they make a great pot of coffee and all of the food was delicious and generously portioned. We enjoyed eggs served with bacon, sausage, Texas toast and perfect homemade home fries. A side of corned beef hash and a tall glass of OJ rounded off a great meal.Our Server, Kelsey, was very pleasant and attentive; and we appreciated that the food was served promptly. Gabby, another Server was also helpful.Well, would we recommend this restaurant? The answer is… Yes, absolutely! We plan to return for some more good eating!
