The servers and bartenders were awesome, attentive, and funny. The atmosphere is neat and overlooks the river. The only mediocre thing was the clam chowder. It was missing a thing or 2, but not terrible. Definitely going back soon!”

When she opened them up and my husband and I saw and smelled them, we had to go back and get two more orders! We got the shredded chicken tacos with onions, spicy avocado sauce, cilantro, and roasted poblano sauce. These were the best tacos I have ever had! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the seasoning oh my goodness!! They had just the right amount of spice! FULL of flavor!!! We are all still talking about how good they were! “This is a fun little place that you could just pass over as it's designed to be - it is modeled after a 20s era speak-easy after all, even with a "hidden" entrance. I went here for some drinks with my date - she had been here before and said it's a blast. Godfrey was the bartender, and he's incredibly cool. He had some unique concoctions and will try to make you a drink based on your mood or even a movie or something you like. I had one of the specials - I don't remember the name, but it had "mockery" in it. It contained smokey Scotch and some bitters and was incredible. I love Scotch and have had smokey Scotch before, but this was something else as it just had a slight sweetness that really worked. My date had a special that had elderberry in it, and she loved it. The atmosphere is very low-key. We sat at the bar, and it makes you feel like you've gone back in time. There are no TVs and they were playing music from a bygone era. I dont know what the food is like, but from what I saw on the menu, it's a decent menu with very familiar items like fried pickles and a burger. I'd say check this place out if you're in for something different.”

The chow mein(or lo mein as I'm used to it being called) and rice are good but they're very plain in flavor. Cheese ragoon are OK but I'll probably skip in the future. Spring rolls are OK but the apple pie rolls are money!”

Thank you <3The food is great but unfortunately the only two times we've gone there they messed our order up and we ended up paying for stuff (twice now) that we never got. First time was when we ate there and this time my boyfriend Jeff placed and order over the phone that was $60 and we're missing our salads and part of our meal after we specifically requested on the phone to make sure it was in there because they did the same thing when we ate there. The food has been delicious everytime just sucks its not worth the money when you don't receive half the stuff you pay for.”

“My book club meets at Shanghai Osaka frequently for our discussion. There is a large function room in the back which accommodates our group which can sometimes be more than 25 people. We are separated from the other patrons so we do not disturb them. The service has always been spectacular considering the size of our group. I usually get some kind of Lo Mein. The portion is generous in size & always comes out hot. Since there is only bottled beer, I usually treat myself to a MaiTai-yum-one is enough! The restaurant is tucked away in a corner with other businesses. There is plenty of parking.”

I had casserole with ground beef,corn,and mashed potatoes. Sorry I can't remember name of dish,maybe Chinese pie??? My husband has Chicken Parm, 3 small pieces of chicken swimming in sauce. This used to be one of his faves-not anymore. Place was empty at 5 thirtyish maybe 6 to 8 others. Service was slower than normal. Very disappointing!”

“I tried a Wednesday Night Dinner for the first time and they hit it out of the park. Stuffed pork tenderloin, butternut squash, spinach salad and Parker House rolls. Dessert was their delicious cookies. Generous portions. Reminded me of Mom's Sunday dinners.”

“Delicious food. Ordered 6 pizzas 3 cheese and 3 pepperoni for pick up, got a phone call for a reminder and the pizzas were absolutely amazing. My family all commented on how great the pizza is. Crust was amazing and the overall service and atmosphere was top notch. Owner was very nice and made the whole experience great. Would recommend to anyone and will be ordering from here very soon.”

“Have been eyeing this restaurant since I noticed they were changing it from Bertuccis and finally got a chance to go today. The food was phenomenal & full of flavor, and same goes for the drinks! I got the chicken street tacos agave, which had pineapple & honey, they were very unique and felt very authentic. I also got the coconut marg and I could not chug it fast enough, it was so delicious. We went with our friends & we each had little babies with us, we felt the staff was attentive without hovering, which is awesome. They checked in on us but also let us have our time to chat with our friends. We saw so many things on the menu we want to try, and will definitely be back!! We have found our new favorite Mexican place for sure.Kid-friendliness: Wait staff was very helpful with high chairs. The sat us at a big table to accommodate our car seats while they were sleeping at first and immediately got high chairs when they woke up mid-way through.”
