We’ve been in a few times to the Meredith location since they’ve opened and it seems like each time the staff is more involved in conversing amongst themselves than acknowledging customers are standing at the counter and requesting to take their order. The times we’ve gone, we are probably 2 of 5 people in there, and no line to explain the wait time. I would be fine continuing to pay $6 for a latte if it was filling more than 50% of the cup, and anyone would acknowledge our existence when coming in.
I’ve visited Identity Coffe Co. in Meredith, NH twice in the last month and had a wonderful experience both times. The coffee was tasty, the staff was super friendly, and the environment was peaceful. It was a fun place to meet up with friends, drink coffee, and have great conversations!
