Hot pot is an essential part of Chinese food. While Solo Pot may not be the exact same, it provides an unique taste on an ageless classic. I first heard about Solo Pot because they supported Princeton Middle School, so I went there last Friday to pick up food and give it a try. I got the Dry Fried Chili Pot (malaxiangguo), Medium Spicy, with beef, shrimp, bamboo shoots, lotus root slices, and Chinese cabbage (white rice included). Discovered this hidden gem. If you are looking for a unique quality experience with Chinese food this is the an amazing food place. Tried them out two days ago by ordering their Dry Chicken dish.
