He helped me figure out a salad to start with and suggested alternative toppings based on my preferences. Everything looks clean, ingredients are über fresh, and the portion size is amazing. The huge windows and music was an added bonus. Would truly recommend to everyone!I got the Cilantro Lime Chicken salad (several adjustments made) with a Detox smoothie on the side.“

“My first time going during mid-November -- I stopped by around noon, and the place was pretty crowded, but still lots of available seating! I ordered the eggs Benedict -- the avocado option, which was a healthier alternative than the regular one with muffin. -- it had so much delicious hollandaise sauce. My partner ordered the Hillery Street house special from the breakfast platter menu, which has two large pancakes, eggs, and bacon strips. We also ordered (not pictured) hot chocolate with whipped cream and regular coffee with milk--- the milk is served in this cute sealed small glass container. Overall, it is a family-friendly place with great service and tasty brunch options with sizeable portions. We definitely see ourselves returning to try more of their breakfast menu. Ps: Nicely decorated with an autumn theme not just outside the entrance but all over the restaurant.“

Didn't get a beef patty today, but they're always on point. Had 10 different flavor pizzas to choose from along with strombolis/rolls. The 2 slices and 2 liter soda came to just over $12. “Comfortable, casual, but classy atmosphere. The service was very friendly and happy to explain any dishes that we weren't familiar with. The food was amazing! I wish I took more photos. We started with the babaganoush and tablouli salad. My husband had the lamb kebab and I had the chicken kofte. Everything was so flavorful and tender. I have no idea how to spell the dessert we shared, but it was like a non-crunchy creme brulee. SO GOOD, light and refreshing. Highly recommend this place.“

And the outdoor seating, plants and flowers, and park across the street is perfect. Eating here makes me feel good. My faves are the green goddess salad, the black bean wrap, California wrap, and the Moroccan lentil and the cauliflower chickpea curry. Parking or pulling up for a takeout order are also both very easy since it's away from the congested business district of Rutherford.“

“It's very disappointing to see that already after only a few months of being open to make changes and to start cutting corners with their menu. They changed up their Sub Sandwich rolls from a beautiful seeded semolina roll to some substandard Italian sub roll. The bread makes the sandwich. Any chicken Parm and Meatball Parm should have stayed on that semolina roll. Cheesesteaks should not, they belong on those other Italian rolls. It "was" the best chicken Parm I ever had. Now it's just like every other round of the mill pizza joint that comes and goes...“

“I tried takeout from Lovin' Today, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've never tried vegan chorizo before, so I was kind of worried about whether I'd like it or not. It actually still had the same kind of spice of regular chorizo. To be honest, I didn't seem to notice that much of a difference between this vegan chorizo and regular chorizo. And they gave a lot of it in the taco as well, so I was happy with that. I also got brown rice as a side. It was a hearty portion size of rice. I got vegan naan bread, which tasted delicious and exactly like regular naan bread. I also loved that they sealed the boxes with tape with a drawn heart on it. It's a small detail, but it shows there was care put into putting my meal together. Overall, i was happy with my meal, and I would definitely order from them again.“

“Excellent authentic Italian food in Garfield, NJ. Make sure you make reservations in advance if going on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will not get in without one. Though they are a little understaffed, the staff is very professional and accommodating. We had appetizers, pizza, main courses and dessert all were excellent. It is a BYOB, the could use a host or hostess during evenings to help with the seating of guest, etc. Definitely will be going back.“

“I know it's a chain but their pizza is pretty darn good. The crust is very thin and crunchy and it's very customizable - cheese, sauce, toppings, condiments, pineapple whatever fancy you. They put whatever you ask for in front of you and put it in the oven. I don't know how but it's usually ready within minutes. I've had takeout but it's really best when you eat it right after it comes out. You can also order via the app and specify what time to pick up which is a plus. And every now and then they would give you coupons to lure you back but we don't mind it because we (especially my 4 year old) really do like their pizza.“
