this was the most disgusting taco and burrito I've ever had from taco bell they were both cold and tasted disgusting so I threw them all in the trash. now I feel incredibly nauseous I hope I don't get poisoned ?

I went to order something and the man was so disrespectful with comments and inappropriate looks. He was only giving an attitude when you ask questions. I asked questions because I wanted to try the food and never had Taco Bell before. He stormed away and made an older lady give me my change back. After I got my food I didn’t even want the food. So disappointed. Also they give drinks without ice. I will not be coming back. Hire someone else who can act appropriately and has better customer service.

12/20/2023@7:30PM:My family and friends wanted Taco Bell, so my order was to be a large order. As I approach the counter there were 2 workers standing in the doorway to the kitchen area and I waited for them to look up from their cell phone. I continued waiting and eventually said "hello" and still neither ever looked up from the phone. I left and went to Wendy's.Poor customer service and immature staff

First of all the place is located at a mall in general the food is really tasty but the person which in my case was a grown latin hispanic women who took my order was really un polite takes and put in the system the order she wants and she makes its seem like she is correct. I placed an order of a crunchy taco meal and she was like thats is each time like rushing to take my order when there was nobody else behind me. At the end my order comes and it was the supreme taco meal when i never placed that order. And she acted like of i had mentioned it to her when i never did. Really bad service and her attitude even worse.

worst service ever. took everyone before making the mobile orders. took 10 minutes for them to even start it. forgot my drink and forgot to put cheese on my burrito. so annoying and they weren’t apologetic at all. one of the cooks also was using the screen with his gloves on and went right back to making the food. so gross.

Love this Taco Bell, drive thru orders are always correct and complete. We live right by the Taco Bell on RT 46 East but they can't seem to get an order right.

I've been to this Taco Bell before and the service was ok. I went today and the person taking our order decided to answer her phone while we were ordering. After hanging up couldn't get our straight and then charged us $48.00 for 4 burritos ( chicken and beef with cheese) I understand it's more for the extra meat. but not that much..We were there a few days ago and the same order was 25.00. Seriously?

The cashier tried to get me to change my individual order to a combo. Avoid this place.
