Huge shout out to the amazing Root 66 food truck here in Albuquerque! Plant Powered Events made it possible for the food truck to be at ReSource Brewing Company for our sanctuaries fundraiser this past Valentines weekend. The service was great, the food was delicious and in true fashion Albuquerque can’t get enough of the food truck so happy they were able to sell out!
Some of the best vegan comfort food you'll ever find—with a Mexican/New Mexican twist! All of their food is amazing; the pollo asada burrito is my personal favorite. This food truck is a must try for vegans and non-vegans alike.
