I ordered through the app which is decidedly easier than that stupid automated phone system. It quoted me 20 minutes, so I waited 20 minutes just to have to wait another 15 when I got there. Then the girl at the window insisted I only ordered three burritos when I had ordered four. I tried to show her my confirmation email but she refused to look at it, and instead sighed and mumbled “I’ll be right back” then she closed the window and walked away… then came back with a bag, literally tossed it to me and shut the window. No sorry for the wait or thanks for waiting, no have a good day, no thanks for coming in. And her attitude was horrendous. The service is terrible, the food is just so-so, and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. You call, you get an automated system that runs you in circles. I even tried contacting corporate and was just looped around to “here’s how to order”. How does this company even stay in business anymore?
