“I was meeting someone here for coffee and I ordered a decaf latte. I asked for a 16oz, because they don't even list their funky alternative names and what size that correlates with, but I knew a 16oz is generally a medium in the rest of the world. I get that this store is new, but the cashier didn't know what size 16oz was. When I finally got the latte, which took a really long time considering that there was no one in front of me, it was too hot and tasted burnt. The lobby was nice and clean, but the music was a bit loud for a conversational environment. I would normally rate this kind of service even lower than 3 stars, but I do recognize that a new business will have some growing pains. I likely won't return unless I have another meeting, but I hope things improve with time.Edit: I'm adding a star to my review because even though I was not satisfied with my latte, there was a very nice staff member who treated me kindly when my vehicle broke down in the parking lot. I appreciated her compassion.“

“The young woman who took order, TC, just made my day! Her pleasant and enthusiastic attitude was very much noticed and appreciated!“

“Very good unassuming place, found it on a google restaurant search. The service was spectacular the young gal behind the counter was very friendly. Parking lot was a little crowded but it appears to be mostly a call in or take to go place. The food was as very tasty, fresh and boxed nicely for travel. The potato salad appeared to be homemade and was wonderful which is uncommon in larger fast food places. My husband had the cheeseburger special and the bun to patty ratio was just right. I have the smoked ham sandwich and it had just the right moisture so as to be tasty without being sloppy. The small seating area is only available for a few at a time and restroom availability is thru the kitchen area. I think that as the business grows so will the space. Overall a better place to stop when traveling than the usual fast food grab spots. I always search for local small businesses when traveling. Support local and small if possible.“

“The line was long when I pulled into the parking lot, but it went really fast. I noticed a car arrive after me, park, walk up order and leave while I had moved one car length. So for those of you who are not as lazy as me, skip the line, walk up and get on your way quickly. I've stopped at many Starbucks and competitors (those who must not be named) and this location was among the MOST efficient. If this one is on your way, it's the one to stop at. TIP, do NOT pull on to Holly going north and try to turn left. That is a LOOOOONG light. Tap ? if this was helpful.“

“4 stars ⭐ This is a nice location. Bridges, tall sycamores, large patio for the pooches. I was getting some routine bloodwork done at the Journal Center and stopped at this location for a little pick me up. Got a vanilla bean frappucino (probably my favorite kind- standard I know) and a chocolate pastry. Enjoyed the nice morning air and the sounds of birds chirping“

“It's often quite busy, and it reflects on the workers. Most Starbucks have chatty and kind people, but I find myself waiting a long time at the window without acknowledgement and the workers just don't treat me the same way they do at other locations, so it feels like a fast food drive through instead of the usually welcoming Starbucks.Drinks are always on par which makes me continue to come here to this location.“
