While on vacation, my husband and I popped into Dolina on a Wednesday around noon and were seated right away, which was perfect. He enjoyed the salmon tartine with fresh turmeric lemonade, and I loved the waffles with berries, nutty granola, and a Mexican mocha. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Santa Fe!
Dolina Cafe was superb! We had the breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich and matcha latte, the bacon was plentiful, the chile was flavorful and the service was great. Highly recommend.

Great breakfast find. We got there at a decent time and beat the crowds. But don't worry, if you do have to wait, you can drool over the baked goods case while you wait. Small, cozy dining room, with small tables. Wouldn't recommend for big parties or strollers. I eyed the dishes at the tables as we were seated and everything looks delicious.
