I waited 25 minutes for them to get one item correct - A medium plain iced latte, no flavoring no sugar. Shouldn’t be that hard. There were several cars waiting on orders that were mixed up. I saw them deliver a pie to two wrong customers, another customer handed the entire order back at the window, a guy was waited at the second window like I did and nobody came. He walked around the building to get somebody’s attention. I had a bang on the window to get somebody’s attention!
