We loved our experience at Nuckolls. The service was friendly and relaxed and the food was great. The soft pretzel is split lengthwise which is genius— so much better for scooping the delicious dips. We also had a crisp and delicious sesame cucumber salad and the veggie (Beyond Meat) brat sandwich with sauerkraut and beer cheese. Really cute atmosphere. Outside deck and game area is spacious. Beers on tap were really good. Their IPA is exceptional. I was actually surprised that the food was so good. The strawberry salad was a 10 and the brisket rye sandwich was the best in Santa Fe. I can't wait to come back in the summertime.

Great space, beautifully done. Good beers. But a predictable menu with very ordinary preparation is the Achilles heel here taking it down several notches. Nothing here you can’t find anywhere, which is a bummer for the great building/buildout.
