“We had a last minute party of seven on a weekend. We were seated within 20 minutes and our server John was delightful. Food was excellent as always. Our party this time enjoyed pomodoro, eggplant parm, pizzas, chicken francaise special, rice balls, calamari, sorbet and carrot cake to name a few things. All excellent.“

“I ordered the gnocchi which came with salad and bread and it was amazing. The salad was really good with the peppers and olives onions and tomatoes and the pasta had asparagus mushrooms and peppers which I never had before. The service is outstanding everyone is very very polite and kind. They have beautiful Italian instrumental music playing while you eat and tv. I highly recommend this place to eat.“

“I ordered a chef salad and was called back within a minute saying that they were out of roast beef and they could substitute for antipasta. I asked if they could just add more of the meat that they had, they obliged, and what I picked up was outstanding.. I know people are quick to list faults when things aren't to their liking, but I couldn't be happier with the service, food, and punctuality of this place; we've have been coming here for almost 20 years and I hope to be returning for 20 more. “Best pizza, in my opinion, in Middletown!I always get half meat lovers and the other half buffalo chicken. The toppings are generous, and the chicken pieces are perfectly portioned.We also get medium buffalo wings, and they are crispy and covered with a good amount of sauce.Last time we went, we received garlic knots as well. Not only were they delicious, they'll make you smell like garlic for a week ?Give Marco's a try, you won't be disappointed!“

“Our family was looking last minute for a place to have a family dinner to celebrate our daughter’s ninth birthday after our original reservation fell through at another place. Pelligrinos is our favorite pizza spot so I called them. It was 5:30PM on a Friday night and I asked if they could accommodate our party of nine at 7:00. They were happy to prepare a table for us! I was shocked. They brought us the most incredible plate antipasto and placed it in front of our daughter and said happy birthday! Then we have the most delicious apps, pizza and an incredible pasta special for dinner. We couldn’t have been happier! They then brought complimentary fried dough for dessert for the table!What an incredible experience! We were so grateful that they not only came to our rescue at that late hour, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. “Let me start by saying this was one of the more pleasant dining experiences I have ever had. I was returning from a trip with my girlfriend from Otsego County and we are both huge fans of "Restaurant Impossible" and wanted to check this place out along our way home to Long Island. It was the Monday after Easter and the restaurant wasn't very busy at all. We both recognized the owner, Franco, immediately. He sat us right away in the beautiful dining area and brought out our entrees. I was very impressed that the owner was waiting on us, and he did an amazing job. Franco couldn't have been more friendly and personable. We asked him about his experience on "Restaurant Impossible" and he was very forthcoming and honest. It was fascinating to hear his side. The food itself was absolutely phenomenal, maybe the best penne garlic and oil with chicken I have ever had. My girlfriend also absolutely loved her meal. The place has an old school Italian restaurant vibe to it and Franco gives it added personality. We will absolutely return on our next trip through Orange County. Keep up the great work, Franco!!“

“Very friendly and quick service. The lunch rush is usually 12:30-1:00 so if you can get in before that is faster. Plenty of seating for dine in. The Kickin' Chicken BLT was delicious and huge, definitely splitable if you want. I haven't had their pizza yet but what they were pulling out of the oven liked great. The have soups and dessert too.“

“Great food low prices last time I was there (about a month ago) they don't charge Xtra for using credit debit card which I find annoying as heckParking: it's gets busy in the Plaza, although there is plenty of parking. If you're trying to get closer to the restaurant, u might not have much luck“

“We tried their pizza today and it was delicious. At first, we questioned why the pizza was thinner and if it was worth the money. We took a few bites and enjoyed it. But once we got to the crust, we thought we would struggle because my boyfriend and I don't like DRY crusts. This pizza was MOIST. The crust was VERY thin and didn't give us that annoyingly large dry ending. We were referred here by a family member and will be getting our pizza here from now on. Word of warning, if you want to buy just a single slice, they don't allow any electronic transactions under $20 so bring cash if you are eating for one.“

“Food was delicious don't get me wrong but the caprese salad wasn't near what I expected based on the traditional experience. Then a manager came and asked what happened I replied with caprese salad is normally medallions of tomatoes and mozzarella with a basil leaf on each. This was plum tomatoe slices pilled like lettuce and miniature mozzarella rings and slices of basil and very little balsmic glaze with a side of balsamic dressingal and he says let me see what I can do. He comes back and says I took half off next time tell me at the beginning. I will return again because the food is phenomenal with the hopes of them making adjustments to that dish.“

“Wow. I have never had chicken and rice like this before. It was absolutely amazing! Good and fresh ingredients. So Good I ordered another and packed it up to bring back home with me. I've been trying to located this dish since I touch back down in ATL and I can not find it. Service was fast and the food arrived hot. I added a Philly as well as a Hot Apple Turnover and Sweet Potato pie for later in the evening.“

“We ordered pick up, food was ready on time. Pizza crust is thinner and crispy which is exactly the way I like it! Good sauce, plenty of cheese. The order of wings is 12 which is 2-4 more than most places offer. The mild sauce was good, wings were crispy, no flabby skin!! The menu is extensive, lots to choose from. I was a little surprised at the price - 2 personal pizzas and order of wings was $52. But, I understand the price of everything is going up. I'm looking forward to trying more items on their menu.“

“This place fell off I enjoyed this place until I order some food to be delivered along with two slices of cheese. The slices they gave me were probably the oldest slices of pizza I’ve ver seen come out of a restaurant. Absolutely disgusting. The cheese was dry the crust soggy and hard at the same time. The sauce was slimy.“

“I was in Middletown, on my way home ordered 4 large pies, calamari, fries on one of the hottest days of the year and the pizza looked and tasted just right . I ate 4 slices, had to stop myself !!! Calamari was light and crispy, the people are so nice I’ll go back again“
