“Can’t sing their praises high enough, the man and woman who work behind the counter here every day always know your order, greet you with a friendly good morning and treat everyone with respect. They work hard and obviously care about their customers. I even started learning some Albanian words and phrases to show the care and respect is mutual. Great coffee at good prices, good pastry and love the organic environmentally friendly soaps and other products too. They are a huge plus for the neighborhood.“

“It’s clean, organized, and well presented. I visited the store on a random stormy Saturday afternoon and decided to taste their flan. WOWWWW ????????????!! I could say that food is an experience and especially this desert. The flan ???? is on point here! It's rare you find a bakery in the Bronx that makes baklava and if you ever have a taste for baklava, I recommend you call to see if they can put some pieces aside for you. “Late Post but I had to leave a review.This Bakery is really fire!! In September 2023 I came here a few weeks before my girl birthday And the cake I asked for came out excellent!! Better than I expected and it wasn't expensive. I would say very affordable. Other places would charge more and give you a trash cake. I surprised my girl with her cake and the whole family loved it. “The quality of taste over the years have been in a steady decline in my opinion, and I have been having this cake on occasions in one way, shape, form or another for the past 50 years. My grandmother started us, then my parents, then for my kids....it has steadily been baked too dry, not enough filling, and increased sweetness of the outer cake frosting...all makes for a recipe of being disappointed....but you cant tell tham at Valencia, because they swear there is nothing wrong with their product, but I differ, I have been getting the same feedback from many others as well...So What's Up Valencia????When are you going to admit it iij s time to change the Baker and or recipe???“
